Summary

I currently work as an Environment Artist for Codemasters.

Prior to this I worked as a 2D / 3D Artist for Strawdog Studios, where I worked on Eden: The Game. This is the companion to the Channel 4 TV show of the same name. On Eden I was responsible for most of the Environment Art. It was my job to model and texture each of the buildings and other environment assets whilst adhering to a very strict vert / texture budget.

Before this I worked as a 2D / 3D Artist for Pixel Blast Ltd, an indie game developer based in Warwick. I was involved in every area of art and production from creating 3D models to designing and making levels. My art related work at Pixel Blast consisted of: Making Characters, Environment Assets, and interactive props. I also helped out with the marketing of the game by rendering images of Super Powerboy, using my own lighting set up.

I gained my first experience in the games industry working as a QA Technician at Codemasters. I worked on GRID Autosport, F1 2014, F1 2015 and Dirt Rally.

In my spare time I like to play my extensive video game collection, watch movies, and work on my own personal projects which I display on my online portfolio.
